Refund and Disputes

  • • All payments to KingsRoad Online are non-refundable, including any one-time setup fees (if applicable) and subsequent charges, regardless of usage.
  • • Overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the issue occurring.
  • • If a charge is disputed with your credit card issuer and deemed valid by KingsRoad Online under our Terms of Service (TOS) and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), an Administrative Fee of $50 to $150 may apply.
  • • Initiating a dispute or claim instead of requesting proper service cancellation may result in immediate termination of all related accounts without notice, as this violates our pre-paid service model.
  • • KingsRoad Online reserves the right to refuse future service orders from customers who violate these terms.

Money Back Guarantee

  • • Our 100% Money-Back Guarantee applies within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
  •     • The service or product was not delivered as specified during the order process.
  •     • An unresolved issue persists after all technical solutions have been exhausted (we may verify the issue).
  •     • The guarantee does not apply if the wrong service or product was purchased for your needs.
  • • Eligible refund requests may take up to 5 business days to process once escalated to our billing department.
